Can I remove my spouse's name from the private condo co-owned by us so that she is not subjected to ASBD when she purchase another property? I am currently the only one paying the installments. Thanks.

Depending on when u bought the condo, you may be subjected to sellers stamp duty when u are doing the decoupling. Also u are required to pay the stamp duty on the 50% share while doing the transfer.
