Can I purchase an EC under the single scheme?

Hi,
For new ECs you have to form a family nucleus, so you can't purchase on single scheme. For resale ECs or new private condos, you can purchase as an individual. May I understand your requirements further? Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.

yes, you may purchase a brand new EC under the joint singles scheme with another single who is aged above 35 yrs as well, provided both of you are Singapore Citizens.
