Unfortunately PropertyGuru only allows licensed realtor with paid subscription to PropertyGuru to put up listings for sale or rent. I have just spent close to $30,000 this month for my renewal and top up of advertising credits.

Advertisement here is not cheap. If you are looking to ad, you may try other portals which may not be as effective.
