Can I know about the stamp duty fee? I calculate the fee is $177.Renting period is 01 Dec 2025 - 30 Nov 2026.Rental fee is $3700 per month. But summary of charges , total amount payable is $214.Why is the fee difference? Please check for me.

It should be $177. If you did not pay the fees on time, there will be added late charges, did you check if that is the case?
