Can I get approval from HDB to rent out my whole unit if I have not completed 5 years tenancy Left only 3 months to complete 5 yrs

Hii Ah Meng,

You have only 3 months left to fulfil the MOP,may I know what is the urgency level for your enquiry since 3 months will be up very soon?

HDB will grant approval based on special circumstances for units before meeting MOP if you write in on a case by case basis.
