Can I engage my own estates agent instead of the new condo exclusive/appointed sales marketing team ? Will I get the same entitlement of early bird VVIP discounts/ direct developers prices etc. I referring to upcoming Hillion Residences.

Yes you can. It doesn't matter who you appoint as you do not need to pay any commission to anyone, and still be able to enjoy the same entitlement like VVIP discount direct from developer. Cheers!
