Can I complain about an agent code of conduct; which there are things she actually known, but lied to the tenant. Unknowingly the tenant paid the deposit so no choice have to rent. I am the neighbour and some issue which I need to settle with the owner and she refused to give owner 's contact number n didn't give me agent name card as so that you cannot complain? How to go about to complain? Please advise?

Hi, yes you could report this errand agent to the CEA and back up your compliant with evidence.
