Can I check when is legally bind? If I am the tenant and I have sign the letter of intent together with the first month booking deposit given to the landlord? Is this legally bind or I have to wait for the tenancy agreement to be signed? If I have signed the letter of intent and have given the booking fees, can I change my mind and cancel the deal?
