At any point of time if you feel that the salesperson you have engaged is not performing satisfactorily, you may seek termination of his services by writing into his company for termination if any exclusive agreement has been signed.

As much as I wish that you can change your agent to me, I will strongly urge you to communicate with your existing appointed agent on the shortfall of his/her performance against your expectations.

In any relationship, it always involves 2 parties therefore to be successful, communications between both parties are important.

Having said that, with years of accumulated experiences in the real estate industry, I believe that my team of dedicated salesperson operating in Punggol and Sengkang will be up to the tasks to meet your expectations.

If you have signed an exclusivity with your agent and you will like to cancel it, you may do so by verbally converse to your agent and via his agency.

Why do I want to change your agent? I will suggest to talk to him first before proceeding to.

COV for 4RM flat in Sengkang is about $15k to $30k depending on condition of the house, facing, floor level, renovation done.

In the month of May itself, there are 44 4 room transacted, therefore you may want to review the reasons why your property can’t sell after 3 months of marketing. Could it be the prices? Or because of the facing? Not enough marketing?

Yes, you can change agent after 3 months but strongly suggest that you talk to your agent and review what went wrong.
