Can i change my business after CEA approve my licence ?

Hi, If I interpret your question as "can you change your business after CEA had approved your licence?" There are basically two types of CEA licence, namely RES (Real Estate Salesperson licence) and REA (Real Estate Agency licence).
I assume that while having your RES license you may at the same time operates a business of your own, in this context, you can change you business while having your RES licence, your CEA license will not be affected, unless your new business is money related, such as offerring loans, etc, you may need CEA clerance. On the other hand, if your license is REA license, you have to conduct you business as Real Estate Agency, hence you cannot change your business to operate under REA licence.
