Good afternoon buyer,

If you are going to purchase a HDB with one of you as owner while the other as occupier, the occupier also has to fulfill the minimum occupation period before he/ she is eligible to purchase a private property.

Hi,

Unfortunately no since your spouse is an essential occupier for the family nucleus to purchase the resale HDB, which means your spouse is also subjected to 5 year MOP, and can't buy condo within MOP. You can however, purchase commercial property within MOP.
