can i buy a condo with my cousin, both SPR, it meant, 2 of us can share to take out the money from CPF, and pay the loan in 50-50 basic ? thanks

Morning Seng Khoo,

Yes, you are eligible to purchase condo with your cousin. If both of you are PR and this is your first property, the ABSD payable will 5%.

Yes you could. The ownership of this private property can have up to 4 names. Cheers!
