Can I buy 4-beddr condo in Newton/Novena area with $2.5MM budget?

Hey, my current rent is over in 6 month. I am looking to buy condo in novena / newton area. My max budget is $2.5MM max. And I need bedders. I don't care much about 99 or Freehold. But, I want to avoid duplex unit because I have two kids.

Do you have any recommended project or unit?
