Hi,

You can still get another agent to market your property. However, do take note that with the Exclusive Agreement that you signed, you will still be liable to pay your exclusive agent his fair share of commission even if the deal is closed by the other agent.

Should you need any further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen

Dear sir/madam,

I have no idea why such thoughts come across if you have already signed an exclusive agreement to sell. To answer your question more effectively, perhaps it will be easier to look into your concerns for raising this issue.

That said, I am assuming that you are aware of what the consequences will be should the 2nd or 3rd appointed salesperson manages to secure the right offer, you are still under obligation to pay the exclusively appointed salesperson the commissions due.

Hi,
One committed agent is sufficient. Unless there is no viewer for quite a while. Best is to communicate with the exclusive agent, if really needed, can terminate the exclusive. There are many factors that will affect the sale.

To assist and advise you more in details, kindly drop me an email for me to share.

I am contactable at my mobile or email.

Hi,

If you have signed exclusive agreement with an agent, during the exclusive period, no matter if he was the transacting agent, you'll need to pay him the commission as per agreed.

Having more agents will not help you to speed up the sale of your place. The most important elements are the marketing strategies and price.

Feel free to contact me at 9225 4321  for an no obligatory discussion. I have experience dealing with listings that had more than 10 agents, and they have been marketing for more than a year. I took over as the exclusive agent and sold as quick as 2 days to longest 2 months.
