Hi KK S,

A freehold condo doesn't constitute to be a good investment. There are also 99 year lease-hold condos that are better investment than the latter. Most importantly, the locality is the main factor.
Even if there's any recession that comes your way, condos near the MRT tend not to get hit that hard because of the high demands. Rent returns are almost better at condos near MRT and amenities.
There's plenty of homework needed in this business adventure and finally, budget is the pivotal point.
