Are you buying for investment or self stay? Which facing are you looking at?

If you are buying for investment, Centris can call for good rental due to it's proximity from shipyards and factories. However, the right facing still plays a part.

If it's for self-stay, try those units facing the pool. They are more costly but definitely quieter. Very convenient, in terms of transport, shopping and amenities. It's a crowded and busting location though, if you are more into serene and quiet living.

It all boils down to your purpose of the purchase and your preferred lifestyle.
