Assume a 550k unit, typical breakdown as follows:
Cash 5%
Cpf 15%
Max bank loan 80%
Stamp duties and legal approx 3%

You can use your CPF OA fully. Monthly maintenance fee is typically 250-300, but will only firm up when condo TOP.

Based on the above price, 5% will have to be in cash, with 15% payable from CPF. That is assuming you can loan up to 80%.
