Can agents demand for their service rendered even after the contract of exclusive ends. I have an agent who has said that he will be able to bring me to court under the small claim section stating that it was my fault that he was not able to sell the flat on time. He knew my situation when he sighned the contract with me but now he is being difficult just because i do not want to continue with his service any more. what should I do as I am a single parent and am really worried.. what are the things that he can do and cant do ? please help me...
