Afternoon Jane,

In the eye of the law, any form of forgery are not recognized. Since the details written in the OTP are forged, the's no legal holding within the so-called "contract". When there's no legal holding, what case are we talking about? Even under the current CEA ruling, salesperson who are marketing their own unit are to advise the buyer on their status and no commission are to be collected. However, as I did not handle your case and I'm responding based on your enquires, it would be ideal to consult your case with a qualified lawyer.
