Can a SPR sell 3-room unit back to HDB and upgrade? If yes, Would like to know on the procedures..Thanks

Hi,

Is there a particular reason why you want to sell it back to HDB? You might be able to get a better price off the open market. And may I know what upgrade are you referring to, is it to a bigger HDB apartment or to a private apartment? Thanks and hope to assist further.

Afternoon,

Not all HDB owners who want to sell back their HDB unit back to HDB will be accepted readily. There must be some concrete standing for HDB to accept your appeal.
