Can a single PR buy a condo in Singapore or apartment?

Hi Stephanie,
There is no restrictions for single foreigners or PRs to purchase a private apartment or condominium here in Singapore, however, Additional Buyer Stamp Duty is applicable (different rates for SPR and Foreigners). Do let me know if you need a consultant to walk you through this purchase perhaps?
