Can a PR hdb flat owner rent out whole flat becos he's posted overseas for work?

Singapore PRs are not allowed to rent out the whole HDB unit. However you may wish to appeal to HDB stating the reasons of your intention in doing so. I can assist you in drafting the appeal letter. Do contact me at 93375051 for a free and non obligatory discussion on this.

I would be most glad to assist you further and please feel free to let me know if you need any assistance. Have a good day ahead. By the way, HDB ruling states that a PR owner can’t rent out the whole flat but you could always appeal to the HDB and to submit relevant document.
