In order for SPR to purchase a resale HDB, SPR must purchase it with his/ her SPR or Singaporean spouse. If its a SPR household, both of you must fulfil SPR status of 3 years each.
As for condo, you can purchase it as a single SPR.
For single SPR or SPR household, you will need to pay an additional buyer's stamp duty of 5%.
