Hi,
Unfortunately no, one needs to be 21 years old to legally own a property. There are arrangements however for parents to purchase a property to be held under a trust until the beneficiary son or daughter turns 21 years. Typically this is in full cash arrangements. There are potential risks involved and legal advice is recommended since every situation is unique.
May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
Warm Regards,
