Dear sir/mdm,

You have to read the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement. In most residential tenancy agreement I have done, there is no provision of increase of rental due to the increment of maintenance fees, however, in commercial tenancy agreement, I have come across a number of tenancy agreements which have included such a clause, especially so for corporate landlords.
