Yes, for private property there is no restrictions as to whether the owners are related.

However please note that at the point of purchase, you need to decide if the property is to own jointly or divided in what percentage. For joint ownership, in the event that one party pass away, the other owner will inherit everything. If it is not joint ownership, than the ownership of the person who passes away may be pass on according to his will. All these should be discuss at the point of purchase with the lawyer. Read More
