Can 2 separate & unrelated persons jointly own a single commercial property? Am looking to buy a commercial property around the RCR area with a friend & partner. Wonder if it was possible if the retail property is split between us 50/50 legally?

Your lawyer should be able to assist you in this arrangement. May I know what is the property you are eyeing?

Good day to you,

You and your friend may choose to own the commercial on a joint tenancy basis. 50/50 is possible. May I understand which development are you interested in? What are your requirements?

Kindly feel free to contact me so that I will be able to provide you with more details.
