Dear sir/mdm,

For conveyancing matters when you are using bank loan, you should be using a private lawyer instead of HDB lawyer.

Hi hi,

For buying, if you are using a bank loan. then you will need to engage the services of a private solicitor.

Assuming now you bought the unit under bank loan, and next time you want to sell, you have a choice to use private solicitor to handle the whole process or you can choose to use HDB lawyer to handle the conveyancing and use private solicitor to handle the loan redemption. The second method is a little troublesome but in exchange you will save a coupe for hundred bucks.
