Bought a unit at 76 Shenton on open-launch date 25/03/2010. Date of Stamp Duty Certificate = 16/04/2010, Cert. issued date = 03/06/2010. Under old regulations, I need not pay stamp duty (to be absorbed by developer) if I sell it off after 1 year. This 1 year period is calculated from when - from 25/03/2010 or 16/04/2010 or 03/06/2010?
