Both my boyfriend and I have our own properties each ( HDB and private respectively). Do we continue to keep them or do we need to sell off any one of them after we get married?

Afternoon Pebbles,

I agree with Keith. Both of you can continue to keep the properties which both of you own, prior to marraige.
However, if both of you intend to get a resale unit, under both name, or add in your spouse name into the existing HDB property, the whole case would be different.
