Bed Bugs in rented property

Hi,
I'm currently Tenant in a 1 Bedroom Condo and my lease is going to end soon. Since I wanted to fix up the broken bed and other things before handing over the unit I wanted to change it. After closer inspection of the bed I found traces of bed bugs and also 2 living ones. I immediately got pest control and paid them Cash first since I was so disgusted.
They will come over for an additional treatment.
I want to call the landlord later and just want to be prepared. Can somebody advise what is the best thing to do in this situation for both me and my landlord. Dont want to withhold that even though it gets treated.

What to expect regarding payment of exterminator (600 dollar but could live with that if it really gets the place clear).

Can this jeopardize the Deposit?

How long does it take to eradicate them here usually?
Exterminator said 3 times max should be fine and the situation is under control.

Thanks and best regards

Dear Daniel,

Re: Today’s SG Professional Choice- SGAgent.com & SGRealtor.com

Just tell the landlord to split the fee since the property is beyond reasonable for stay. U have every rights to request from the landlord since property have pests found.
