As of the latest housing loan policies,is the maximum duration of a loan 30 years? and is it provided that i am not exceeding age 65 by the end of the loan? Thanks

Afternoon Alvin,

In order to attain 80% loan, your repayment period should not exceed 30 years or more than 65 years of age. If you need more than 30 years and/or service it till after age of 65, you can only get max of 60% loan.
