As a foreigner here, how much Cash would be needed for a 700k condo? ( including stamp duties/ downpayment, legal etc). Assuming I dont have any other loans to pay off. I have been staying in singapore for 2 years and thinking whether it's wise to buy a property which will act later as investment.

Hi,

The initial cash outlay :
20% Cash (5% Cash & 15% CPF)
80% Maximum Loan
3% Buyer Stamp Duty
15% ABSD
Legal Misc Fess
NO agent fees

Perhaps you could furnish me with your exact requirements and finances on hands to conduct the financial cash calculations/ progressive payments to reaffirm and shortlist the residences units you could otherwise consider. At the same time, I will take the opportunity to run through the key financial loan approval process, share some market insights/ provide you with recent sales transaction caveats and explain the entire procedural framework involved.

As mentioned earlier, there is no agent fees involved, hence my service and consultation comes at no cost ; and you are assured of being walked by step by step on the entire procedural framework - from technical matters to financial, legal matters and beyond.

Hi,

The typical breakdown for foreigner 1st purchase is as follows:

Cash downpayment 20%
Stamp duties (3% BSD+15% ABSD) and legal fees total approx 18%
Max bank loan 80%

Hence total cash outlay is about 38% of purchase price assuming 80% loan is attainable. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Warm Regards,
