As a Buyer, what happens if the Property is damaged or there are issues with the condition of the Property after Closing? 2 examples:
1) Fixtures within the unit are damaged?
2) If Seller has debt collectors that damage the outside or exterior of the unit? i.e. splash paint, vandalism
