I believe your enquiry has been adequately answered. Am curious why have you shortlisted this project over others? There are other projects which have just obtained TOP or going to TOP soon and units can still be secured directly from developer too. For example Sky Habitat, where 4 bedroom units are going around the 3 bedroom unit price for D'Leedon and it is within walking distance to Bishan MRT where you enjoy the red line and circle line.

With this purchasing budget, you could also secure a freehold landed property in Singapore which promises better returns in future given the limited supply of freehold land in Singapore.
