Hi Mr Chiu, In general, that is a general perception from buyers that they dislike staying near places of worship or cannot even accept staying near places of worship. Not only for places of worship, some buyers are unable to tolerate themselves staying near schools, but all these are subjective to individuals and do not apply to all buyers. In the real estate market, the prices are very much depending on the supply and demand therefore if demand of units in the area are low, the general price trend will also go lower.
