Hi Hirman,

You can't really compare these 2 projects, as Trilliant in near to the Tampines MRT while Arc at Tampines is about 2-3 bus stops to the future Tampines West MRT station.

Both projects have their good and bad points.
It will based more on your budget and which project you prefer.
