Appreciate your inputs for the following 1.How much is the booking cost of a condo worth - 500,000 SGD 2.I am a foreigner, looking to buy condo worth 500,000 SGD with 2 bed rooms. 3.Considering my monthly savings of 4000 SGD from March 2014, will i be able to book a condo worth 500,00 SGD with would be ready for occupancy by 2016/2017? 4. Will there be any minimum occupancy period restriction w.r.t condo - foreigner? Regards, Kiran Yaga

Hi Mr Keerthi Kiran Yaga, We have a new Condo Project at Jalan Jurong Kechil (Bukit Timah area) and is near upcoming Beauty World mrt. This project only consist 1/2/2br DK units and will TOP on 2017.
