Anyone can provide me with the names of condo's that will TOP in 2012 and early 2013 covering district D11 (Novena, Thomson, Newton, Bukit Timah), D12 (Balestier), D15 (Katong / Amber) D16 (Bedok, Kembangan) and D26 (Upper Thomson). Exclusing Telok Kurau / Tanjong Rhu areas.
Prefer properties with over 100 units in develpment, FH / 999 years, close to MRT not more then 10 mins walk/drive.
Alternatively I will also be interested in 99 leasehold developments that TOP from 2009 upwards in the same districts.
I'm purchasing for my own stay and have a budget of $1.5m for a 3 bedroom unit, average 1,250sq and above.
