Anyone can give me advice. My tenant wants to rent two of my rooms. Should I issue two agreements? As I'm overseas n will keep my room locked during the duration of stay, do I get tenancy agreement on room or house. I have check the room tenancy agreement is different from whole house rental? They r renting two rooms from me but is going to be taking care of stuffs like whole house rental
