La fleur , according to expected TOP by developer is Dec 2015.
I reckon it might be able to achieve TOP by Q1 2015 depending on the stage and speed of construction.
Presently, 1br is going for $6xx K in the subsale market. IF you will like to consider this, pls contact me for more info.
