Anybody can help me to find a Condo/ Apartment on below spec.

Already own a HDB (Resale) flat and its MOP is over & am ready to with 30% down payment as per new HDB policy.

Purpose : For Investment/Rental
Bedroom : 2 or 3 Bedroom
Size : 1000 - 1200sq ft
Location : No Preference
Price : 500 - 600$ per sq ft
Tenure : L99 , L999 , FH ( FH most preferred)
