If you were to pick out the sales caveats of surrounding areas in the West, you would realize this price is a dream deal for serious home buyers and investors. You may wish to consider.

The project that comes to mind will be Waterfront @ Faber, where a good sized 3BR unit is going for ard 1.2mil. It will capitalize on the Jurong Lake Regional Centre growth, is within 1km of Nan Hua Pri, a branded school, as well as in a landed cluster where its quite peaceful.
