There are still dual keys units remaining. May I know are you eligible to purchase under multi generation scheme (need your parents or in laws) in the application.

Ecopolitan should TOP as early as June if not by Sept.

There has been no throwback units at all, especially with condo so close to TOP. TOP is likely within 2-3 months time. You can consider dual key units if you can form a multi generation family nucleus application. Alternatively, you can consider Bellewaters or Terrace EC for no resale levy projects. You might want to consider Twin Waterfall, walking distance to Punggol MRT as well, with no resale levy for 2nd-timers. There are only a handful of dual-key units left, without the need for a multi-generation family nucleus.
