Any owner who engages the services of a salesperson to sell their property are unlikely to sell below valuation, let alone lower than $300k. I am pretty sure if you are a seller yourself, you are looking forward to sell above valuation or at valuation minimum. If you are looking for decent purchases, I believe there are ample supply out there for your choice. Since this is an investment, would you consider looking at small landed properties should you be eligible for it?
