Upcoming in Tampines will be a land parcel at Avenue 10, and also much further later at Tanah Merah opposite Urban Vista. You do have some options for new launches now such as Santorini, Pasir Ris Grove CDL condos, and Glades at Tanah Merah. Have you reviewed them? I am keen to source for a condo in Tanah Merah. You mentioned that the land opposite Urban Vista will have a new launch. Are you able to tell me the estimate time for the new launch? When was this land purchased by developer? By the way, also which developer? Appreciate your response soon.
