any future developments near pasir ris area.Looking for a 3 bedded condo there.Every agent are telling their conds are the best buy near that area.which to choose ,if the psf is higher but near MRT or the psf is slightly lower but not near to MRT? please advise gurus...

Afternoon Mike,

Have higher psf does not mean that the project is profitable, even though near MRT station or Malls. If the layout is not attractive, do you think you have better value at resale in the future? Look at something nearer to Downtown East, with good seaview and layout. Be it for investment or personal stay, it will definitely give you a better catch.

Everyone will tell you that they have the best product, but you must understand what you want for both low hanging and high hanging fruits.
