The sale price of the house depends on attributes of the unit such as the facing, orientation and interior condition of the unit.

It is possible to sell the unit at a price which is much higher than the market valuation. I have personally done quite a number of record high prices for my clients.

It depends on certain factors like balance lease of block, level, facing, interior condition and whether any ethnic quota restrictions. The current comparables are approx 700k - 850k range for 4-rooms in serangoon area.
