There are no more typical units left at Ecopolitan EC, only 3BR dual key units which requires a multi generation family nucleus to apply. TOP is likely 2-3 months time. Alternatively you may want to consider Waterwoods EC which has already TOP. 4 BR units onwards available. Are you open to areas outside Punggol? Thanks and hope to understand your housing plans further and value-add further.

May I know what is the main consideration in buying Ecopolitan EC? There are several EC projects in Punggol that you may want to consider as well.

Waterwoods EC is one which has recently TOP. You can view the actual units and facilities to have an actual feel of the space.

There are still 9 dual keys units available at Ecopolitan. It should TOP in June to Sept this year.

Just to take note to be eligible for such units, you need to form a multi generation family nucleus which mean you have to include your parents or in laws into the application.

If not you can opt for other ECs that are not subject to resale levy.

May I know what are your considerations?

1) TOP date?
2) Location?
3) Pricing?

As an EC owner myself, I strongly believe the potential in it. You are definitely making a smart choice.
