Hi Dave

I have a 2 bedroom unit at Lakepoint Condo. It is only 7 mins walk from Lakeside mrt. Area is 1001 sqft and asking is 800k. This unit has got low monthly maintenance fee too at only $174.

The 2 bedroom unit rental asking at Lakepoint is generally at about $2900 to $3000, so the rental collection would comfortably be able to cover the housing loan. Cheers!
